What we charge

Four core services, two surcharges, and monthly storage. No trip fees.

Core rate

Standard post install / agent-owned post

$50.00

We deliver your post and panel, assemble it on site, and install it. Removal is included when the property sells.

Full package install / post rental included

$65.00

We supply the post, deliver it, mount your panel, install it, and take it away when the property sells. Rental of the post is included in the price, so there is no monthly charge while it is in the ground. For agents who would rather not buy and store their own posts.

Rider swap

$15.00

A site visit to add, swap, or pull a status rider on a post already in the ground. Under Contract, Price Reduced, Sold, or a custom rider.

Site visit / post maintenance

$10.00

Adjust hardware, re-anchor a post after wind, add a brochure box or solar light, or check on reported damage.

Add-ons — added to the base rate

Rush delivery / under 24 hours

+$25.00

Installation within 24 hours of the order instead of the standard 24 to 72 hour window.

Out-of-zone / outside Central Jersey

+$20.00

A distance charge for addresses outside the primary service area of Mercer, Middlesex, and Somerset County.

Monthly

Rush and out-of-zone rates are added to the base service rate. If you run a high listing volume, ask for a written quote.
